A: Casual or busines-casual clothing is perfect
for our events.
A: The evening of the event has arrived, and you're ready to meet someone special. You'll want to arrive at the event 15-30 minutes prior to the start. Upon arriving at the door, you'll be greeted by the Event Director and given your date list. This list will show you the table number and identification of your 7 dates. You may have come directly from work, so help yourself to some food from one of the complimentary party trays. After eating and mingling for a few minutes, the event begins. You will have 7 10 minute dates with a 20 minute intermission in between the 4th and 5th dates. In between each date, you'll have a couple of minutes to jot down a few notes about each date. After you've had your dates, feel free to hang out and chat with other event attendees. If you’re hungry, you’ll want to take advantage of the food and beverage discounts provided exclusively to our attendees. The order that you place during intermission will be ready by the time you've finished your last date. Perhaps you’ll enjoy a first dinner with someone special! The event is over and now you're excited to know if the feelings are mutual between you and the dates with whom you had the most interest. All you need to do to find out is return to the onegoodfriday site within 48 hours, login, and submit your dating results into our results form. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an email from us with a list of those people with whom you matched, along with their email addresses. That's it! At this point, it's up to you to follow up with your matches, and make plans for a future meeting.
A: We won't confirm anyone who has signed up for an event until at least 7 men and 7 women have signed up so the minimum number of participants is 14. The maximum number of participants depends on the venue where a particular event is held.
A: Generally we provide some light appetizers during event check-in. During intermission you will have the opportunity to order food that will be ready immediately following your last date. Regardless of whether or not you order anything to eat or drink, you're welcome to stay after and socialize with other event attendees!

A:The only rules we have are that you can't ask other attendees for any contact information such as their full names their phone numbers, their addresses, their email addresses, etc. and you can't ask questions with lewd or sexual insinuations. You are free to ask general questions like what part of town a person lives in or works in or where he or she works, but please be understanding and respectful of those who view these questions as overly personal and choose not to answer them. Apart from those types of questions, what you ask is really up to you! Our only advice is that you make sure you ask questions that will help you get a sense of whether or not the people you're meeting are people you'd like to have further contact with.
A: We want to make sure we're able to get everyone properly checked in and ready to go for the event. Plus, we generally have some complimentary appetizers available during the check-in period.
A: No, you won't ever date the same person twice at one event. Remember, our intelligent pairing system will be used to pair you up with your dates prior to the start of the event.
A: No. Our system will not allow you to register for an event for which you are not in the event's age range. The reason for this is that the registrants of the opposite sex will be expecting to meet people of the age range specified.
A: No. Our intelligent pairing functionality is dependent upon you filling out our pairing questionnaire. Therefore, you may not attend an event unless you complete the registration online and are subsequently confirmed for the event.
A: You must use a credit card and pay in advance when you register. The reason for this is that we need to know that you're serious about attending the event for which you register because it is imperative that our events have an even ratio of men and women.
A: Please use our Find An Event form to find out! On the form you will select your state and city. When you press the submit button, you will be presented with the events in your area, if any. A: It is very important that you arrive 15-30 minutes early for your event. If you know that you will not be able to arrive early for an event, please do not register for it. We will not delay the start of the event for late attendees. Therefore, if you are late you will not only impact yourself by missing out on part of the event, you will impact all those with whom you have been paired for the event. Please be considerate of others and arrive 15-30 minute prior to the start of the event for which you are registered.
A: We will send you an email as soon as your registration is confirmed.
A: It varies from event to event. Typically, onegoodfriday events are held on weeknights.
A: Soon we hope! We'd like to bring our events to Christians everywhere just as soon as we can! Realistically, though, not all areas have enough of a Christian population to support our events. The best way to let us know that you're interested in a onegoodfriday event in your area is fill out our Be Informed form.
A:Yes, as long as it is a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express "check card."

A: No, each attendee must register separately and use a separate credit card.
A: Get one! A vast number of companies offer free email accounts that you can check via a web browser. Try www.msn.co.uk (hotmail).
A: Go back to the registration area for the event and put in either your username or email address and your password and attempt to log in. If you can't log in successfully, your registration was not completed successfully. If you can log in successfully and you're already registered, a message will tell you that you're already registered.
A: We use SSL technology to encrypt the entire registration process and make the likelihood of any of your personal information being intercepted by a third party very remote.
A: Unfortunately, no. We apologize for the error and humbly ask you to please submit your registration again.
A: Absolutely! You will, however, need to
have access to a friends computer so that you can register for your
chosen event and put in your matches after the event afterwards:)
